He currently owns and manages a diverse property portfolio, including five four-plex rental units, single-family homes in Edmond, Oklahoma, and the historic homes in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. Over the years, Steve has also had the honor and opportunity to assist others with various challenging real estate selling needs, finding solutions that benefit all parties involved.

Steve and Kara have been married for over 30 years and are proud parents of four adult children—Jacob, Ethan, Hannah, and Abigail—and grandparents to four beautiful, healthy grandchildren. He began his career as a leasing specialist with Trinity Property Consultants, quickly becoming the leading team expert. Later, as a sales specialist at Traffic and Funnels, Ethan generated over $2 million in revenue.

Driven by his passion for real estate, Ethan joined Equity Shield, where he bought and sold single-family homes and renovated distressed properties. He now furthers his real estate career with Happy House Selling Company.
